Coordination Services

Want help running the show? Pick a level of support. Pricing is based on the larger of your guest count and vendor count. Coordination is an estimate, and the final quote is confirmed after a quick chat.

Booking coordination: a 30% deposit secures your date, and the remaining 70% is due 7 days before your event. We verify your date and details with you first, and no payment is taken until we've confirmed everything.

Pickup is free for smaller orders, like backdrops, covers, decor, or a single table. Bulk tables & chairs are delivery-only.

Delivery + pickup is $75 and covers the first 10 miles round-trip. Farther out? It's just $2 per extra mile.

Standard rental is 24 hours. Each extra day adds 30% of your rental subtotal.
